My Review
It 's a great romance, romantic, very addictive and very realistic. The writing and the characters are smooth and lovable, to the point that they literally feel a part of you.
Zach Montgomery is a successful man. He comes from a rich and wealthy family but has been working hard to open his own company. But at the height of his career he had a very bad accident in which he nearly died and now is injured, shocked and greatly troubled. He doesn't want to go to a rehabilitation center, and his family doesn't know what to do. The latest attempt is left them is Gabriella, his assistant. She's a strong woman, determined, prone to success and directs the office as a general. Only she can be able to help Zach.
I loved this story, the characters and their relationship. They are real and believable. Zach is stubborn, bitter, no longer has confidence in himself. Only the strength and love of Gabriella can get him back to life.
The plot is not original (boss-assistant relationship) but it is really well built and developed and very believable. I liked that the story of Zach and Gabriella has grown gradually.
While this is the sixth book in the series, you do not have to have read the other books to enjoy this one. It reads well as a stand alone. But it so well written and now I have to find time to go back to the beginning and read this series from the start.
I have no hesitation in recommending it highly.
