My Review:

I really enjoyed this book, it was so compelling that I finished it in one sitting.
Melanie is a great dancer but is so afraid of failing, fears the judgment of others: she wants to succeed but never makes auditions, too afraid to receive a rejection. She's even hostile to long-term commitments: she has just dumped her boyfriend because he wanted to marry her but she was not ready. Taz Roma, a famous musician who is part of her own dance group, asks her to be his fake girlfriend for a few days, just long enough to convince her sister to not meddle in his life. Melanie will realize soon that it is only pretending . Melanie but she soon realizes that she isn't only pretending.
The characters are all lovely and I really enjoyed the tension and chemistry between Melanie and Taz: they are perfect when dance together but also while they watch an old movie on TV.
It's the second book in the series "California Belly Dance Romance", but can be read as a stand-alone.
It 's a pleasant read, light, romantic and fun, this is the perfect read for the summer
